Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Not really Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes, I felt informed when I left Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes
