Over the course of the last 2 years, the Medicare and Tricare billing process has been poor and as a patient and retired veteran you do not find out until you go to your next appointment. They want you to pay a balance which Medicare and Tricare should pick up, however if they wait until after the 1 year mark of the visit it is too late. Additionally, the billing person does not return phone calls after several dozen inquiries. Dr. Clos not only didn't help to solve my skin problem, but, moreover, a treatment she prescribed extremely worsened my condition. Therefore, I would never ever recommend that "doctor" to anybody. Folks, stay away from her, and the farther the better!
