My experience during two appointments with the provider was excellent—above and beyond in all respects. Unfortunately the follow-up has been terrible. I am not able to reach the office, nor is my insurance or the provider that referred me to DR Associates. They are literally unreachable. Voicemails and emails have gone unanswered for more than two months. I even uploaded a document saying "Please contact me" to the patient portal, in a last ditch effort to receive the follow-up.
