Very disappointed with the customer service at this office. The woman at the front desk/phone line was extremely rude, placed me on hold for over 15 minutes, and then hung up on me. If this is how patients are treated before even being seen, it really makes me question the quality of care here. Professionalism and communication clearly need improvement.

Changed Medicare Advantage Plan on 1/1/25 and they assigned the wrong PCP. Called member services supervisor who approved an appointment I had with Shah on 1/9. Shah’s Secretary called on 1/8 to confirm appointment the following day. I explained the circumstances and she said I could not have an appointment until Shah was identified as PCP. I told her it was approved and if they didn’t pay it that I would out of pocket. Been a patient for years. Called to talk to Shah. She said he was aware. He’s a great doctor but his office staff are nasty. They are the most unhelpful humans I’ve ever met when it comes to drs office personnel. Georgie especially. She won’t even take a message over the phone for the dr and insists she can’t help you.
