Changed Medicare Advantage Plan on 1/1/25 and they assigned the wrong PCP. Called member services supervisor who approved an appointment I had with Shah on 1/9. Shah’s Secretary called on 1/8 to confirm appointment the following day. I explained the circumstances and she said I could not have an appointment until Shah was identified as PCP. He’s a great doctor but his office staff are nasty. They are the most unhelpful humans I’ve ever met when it comes to drs office personnel. Georgie especially. She won’t even take a message over the phone for the dr and insists she can’t help you.
Never got to see the Doctor. But if he is anything like the rude front desk lady that has been tormenting patients for over 20 years, I am Gladly moving on to another Doctor
