Very disappointed with the customer service at this office. The woman at the front desk/phone line was extremely rude, placed me on hold for over 15 minutes, and then hung up on me. If this is how patients are treated before even being seen, it really makes me question the quality of care here. Professionalism and communication clearly need improvement.
Do not go here. He and the staff are extremely rude to the patients. The professionalism is none!
Changed Medicare Advantage Plan on 1/1/25 and they assigned the wrong PCP. Called member services supervisor who approved an appointment I had with Shah on 1/9. Shah’s Secretary called on 1/8 to confirm appointment the following day. I explained the circumstances and she said I could not have an appointment until Shah was identified as PCP.
