The lady who pick up the phone to make appointment is the worst. She keep holding me and never get back to me.I called 4 days several times and she put me on hold never get back to me. I turned off the call and I called her back.
This practice needs to take a serious look at their service, it is very bad. Waiting time to see the doctor is far too long, routine visits and tests are not scheduled as they should be for a COPD patient. Having the office staff assist the patient with having medical equipment certification forms filled out and e- mailed back, is very poor. This office was the worst one. Appointment time was 3:00 PM, he saw my dad 6:00 PM. Just spending time to fill appiontment and get paid,no doagnosis, no medication. Do not waste your time with this doctor.
