Very thorough exam. Friendly staff. The doctor gave clear explanations. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment before I was seen.
This was my second annual appointment. This year was the same as my first time, last year. Prepare to be sitting in the waiting room for literally 45 minutes after your appointment time. Then, you’ll probably be pulled into a room with 1-2 other patients to wait your turn for some speciality equipment. After that, you can go into a private examination room. Dr. Ford is fantastic, it’s just the getting TO her that sucks.

I booked my appointment two months out only to have them cancel a week before. They did not even try to work me in. They just wanted to set another appointment two months later. I have seen the other doctor in the same office (Dr. Rottman) who is excellent.
