Calling the dr office was easy and the person on the other end was pleasant to speak with. I was advised and sent paperwork to prepare before my first visit to help speed thingsalong. Nice. At the office all personally we're in pleasant spirits, patient with me( I'm in a wheelchair) and made clear that they were going to be doing during the first visit consultation. It was a comfortable and friendly visit.
Both Dr. FORD and asst Logan have the kinds of personalities that help a patient feel cared about. KnowledgeableGreat visit.
The staff worked together well. All of them were concerned about my eye issues.
Very thorough exam. Friendly staff. The doctor gave clear explanations. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment before I was seen.
This was my second annual appointment. This year was the same as my first time, last year. Prepare to be sitting in the waiting room for literally 45 minutes after your appointment time. Then, you’ll probably be pulled into a room with 1-2 other patients to wait your turn for some speciality equipment. After that, you can go into a private examination room. Dr. Ford is fantastic, it’s just the getting TO her that sucks.
