Dr. woods is a very educated doctor ,however, it has been plenty of times that I called the clinic and left several messages concerning my child's health and he never returned my calls. I totally understand that sometimes he may be a bit busy but this happens way to often and its becoming an issue for me. I am in the process of finding a new pediatrician for my daughter because I cant take this anymore. The staff can be very unprofessional at times and the wait time is ridiculous. UNORGANIZED
