Was super confrontational, got in my face and raised his voice at me when i disagreed with something he said. He made me feel super uncomfortable about everything the whole time i was there! I gave him 1 star only because i cant leave negative stars. He may be great for some, but i definately will nevwr ever go back to him, and also discourage others from going.
I waited 8 weeks for a new pt appointment for sleep work up, drove 1.5 hours to see him for the rude receptionist tell me my appointment had been canceled. Even though no one left a message on phone , nor did they try to reach me by phone the morning of appt . If this is the way this office treats people , the practice should be closed , fined , or the accreditation through the sleep should be looked at harshly . I love Dr. Chani and have been seeing him since before 2006 for my bipolar. He is the kindest and smartest psychiatrist I have ever seen and I am speaking from extensive experience.
Dr. Chani is a wonderful psychiatrist and always listens to my problems. He takes the time to help me and his other patients so sometimes the wait is long but I know I won't be hurried or rushed when I see him.
