Terrible physician.
Dr.D Cruz canceled my mom's appointment when she was 15 mins late because she had a COPD attack and is a heart failure patient with many medical issues and needed to establish with a new doctor because her old one retired.She has MS and he play games all tge time! My mom had appointment prior to t g is and waited 2 months to see him then the day before her appointment one of the girls in his office called and said that someone had made a mistake he wasn't taking new patients, then the day after the appointment another girl c... read more
This “Doctor” is absolutely useless. He was so rude. He doesn’t care about you, puts you down and doesn’t value you as a patient. I would never go to him again or recommend him to anyone! I was not helped and was pushed away like I didn’t matter. What a mistake and not to mention a waste of time and money.
If I could, I wouldn't leave even 1 star. Worst doc I have ever been seen He doesn't care, your lucky to get 10 mins with him. He yells at his staff and now I drive an hour to see a nerologist when Dr. D Cruz is 5 mine from me. Take my advice, drive to Melbourne or anywhere else to see a nerologist.
Terrible, terrible experience! The guy is VERY rude and quite frankly mean. He is disbelieving in what his patient,myself, tells him and speaks condescendingly. I left early shaking and my heart pounding. Arvind D'cruz is insensitive and even told me i needed to request, in writing, a copy of my medical findings, that he didn't need to give them to me today. Unbelievable.
