Today is April 2, 2024. I called on my husband's behalf, to make an appointment for my husband to see the doctor so he can get a referral to an ENT. The first voice I heard was a very rude female voice that sounded like she was irritated by my call. My husband had called earlier but it seemed he did not undertsand what he was told because he went on google and contacted another office that made him an appt to test his hearing. We were lucky to find her and members of our family working in healthcare environment with different specialties from critical care to diagnostic. So we are critical of finding the best one.

Key staff administrator Millet ( i think) is lazy and unwilling to do the basic necessary functions. The operations seem greedy. Always filled with patients and wait time is rarely if ever less than 45 minutes. Mind you most of her patient seem geriatric. I also saw the doctor yell at patient once about something her administrative staff should've taken care of in a waiting room filled with patients. What kind of bed side manner is that. Never went back there.

Dr Ramya is great.... But her staff is pretentious and insensitive ie. the office secretary's rude and only cares about money. I was turned away because I didn't have my co-pays during COVID-19 they don't like to refill regular medication over the phone and only provide one fill at a time, forcing you to come in every month. I've been a patient for 4 years.
