Dr. West seems like a really nice and knowledgeable doctor, but I felt rushed and I left confused. I think I spent more time in the waiting room than I did talking to him. I'm having some Issues that the test results and his treatment plan don't address. I didn't have time to talk to him about that. I felt like he was trying to downplay some of my concerns and some of his responses didn't make sense to me.
