I’ve been coming here for such a long time, always a great time. Everyone is always kind and the place has such a good vibe. Even after moving 4 cities over I still make the drive to come back.
*Disappointing and Negligent Dental Cleaning Experience* I am writing this review to share my very negative experience with a recent dental cleaning at this dental clinic. Unfortunately, I found the dental cleaning maintenance I received to be rushed, inadequate, and ultimately detrimental to my dental health. During the appointment, I felt that Dr. Hsia was not thorough in cleaning each of my teeth. Dr. Hsia is excellent and his staff is wonderful. We've been seeing him for 13 years now and don't want to use anyone else!
Straight forward, no upsells, remembers our conversation from over a year ago since i took a break from dental visits due to Covid. Helped me finally get my implant. Thankful for the honest compassionate practice of this place. Thanks to Arlene upfront who always follows up and reminds me of my appts
