Dr. Dimento and his staff performed an emergency procedure for myself on my molar that broke off. being overseas and not much time visiting family in Syracuse, Dr. Dimento went out his way to accommodate my needs in a short notice and have me all fixed up with a molar crown. I was so skeptical that all will be fine since I had to return overseas immediately. However as of now many months alter the procedure; I am "extremely pleased" since I am able to chew in that side of my mouth with the repaired molar where before I could... read more

I've only had one visit to the office, but Valerie made me feel welcome right away. Alexa and Dr. DiMento were very kind, thorough and explained issues and my options clearly. The office is clean and cheerful; warm and friendly. I never look forward to going to the dentist, but I believe that I will feel comfortable going here for my dental needs.

Dr. Dimento and Staff made my first visit with them the most welcoming, kind and caring experience I've ever had. I am a dental coward and I was made to feel immediately comfortable upon arrival, treated with kindness, caring and respect during my visit, and as I scheduled my next appointment! I worked in healthcare for almost 30 years and am now struggling with a chronic illness. This is the BEST healthcare service I have experienced.. My thanks to all of you!
