My Continued Experiences at Dr. Dimento's Practice I have bee a patient of Dr. Dimentos' practice for over - or close to - 5 years!!!! That should speak to my positive experiences right there. From the moment you walk into the office until you walk out, it's a terrific place to be, in spite of the "Who likes the dentist's office anyway!" feeling many people have. Dr. Dimento, Tamara and the rest of the staff are very caring, efficient and sensitive to my needs during every visit there for as long as I've been a client since 2008.

Having recently relocated to CNY, I wasn't too sure as to where I should have my dental concerns attended to, and was informed that Dr. Dimento is local and very good with "White Coat Fever", which I suffer from. Let me just say that I was put at ease in a few minutes, was dealt with professionally and still am IMPRESSED with his manner ! The staff was just great, but Dr. D is a wonderful choice for all my dental concerns. Here, you have a Professional in all aspects !!! Had to cancel an appointment and they were able to find a new appointment with in the same week. Dr.D is always informative and in a good mood, and the hygentists are so friendly and professional. Great experience all around!
