Possibly THE most unethical office in San Antonio. We have a shortage of psychiatrists in our whole area and this office will DENY you (even if you have the correct insurance and everything) if they decide they don't like the way you speak on the phone. Make sure to filter yourself, don't use profanity, and be a good little sane person or else you won't be able to make an appointment! They will deny you care even if you are out of medicine and time and patience while trying 2 get help you need.
If I could leave no stars (or even negative), I would. This man was initially very engaged and seemed fairly knowledgable in the most basic areas of psychiatry but once my mental health status worsened, he suddenly terminated my treatment in the most unethical and damaging method possible; following the definition of "patient abandonment" to a T. Luckily I had kept very good records and was able to negate his accusations but PATIENT BEWARE: if you have complex issues, don't waste your time here!
