When my husband would go in and seethem. He would ask questions. Never answered them. Rushs patients and sees them for 10 - 15 minutes. If your lucky. My husband just quit going. I feel that he was just a number . They would charge one amount and next time a different amount. I feel that Doctors like this don't need to be in business. Pystristists are not worth seeing, They don't care.

Months of waiting for nothing. I had my first appointment in March. It is now October. I contacted this office about troubles I was having on the new treatment and all they changed was a supplement that I didn't need in the first place. At this point, I'm not sure who is actually treating me.I was prescribed a medication that doesn't mix well with another that I was on. It wasn't until I started hallucinating that I thought to question their treatment. Nobody caught that? I'm not in medicine. This is ya'lls only job and I ha... read more

I had been a patient of his for about a year and never saw or spoke to him. It was always the nurse practitioners. During this time I made multiple comments/complaints about their inconvenient prescription service. During the last appointment I had with the NP, I was hung up on while I was mentioning how difficult the doctor makes it to have my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. I did not get to discuss the health issues that I was experiencing at that time. About two weeks later, I received a certified letter informing me t... read more

Never see doctor, always a different PA. Had appointments before covid where doctor never showed up and office was closed. Had telehealth appt. where they never called. Must sign paperwork that you will NOT talk to other docs or look for another doc or they will drop you without warning, call, or meds. They make appointment, but don't call, only to find out they dumped you without meds because they heard you were looking for someone else. Immoral practice.

This doctor will straight up abandon you and make you pay for every little thing. Sometimes you will have an appointment and you show up and the office is closed. Office staff extremely rude and never answers the phone. Would give zero stars if I could.

In the 10 years I've been a patient, I have never been impressed with the office staff. The phones system is always messed up, and when I can get through, the ladies are rude, short, unorganized, and clueless. This is the most unprofessional office staff I have ever dealt with in my life.

Ariel needs to see what is happening in his front desk, people acting rude with patients at the office or answering the calls is bad for any business and it is worse for a physician office, I am a Dr. and were trying to scheddule an appointment for family member and I don't think no one deserves to receive acttitude when is looking for help, we will look for someone else with better customer service and better human being. Used to be a client here, but left because I never actually met with the doc, only a rotating series of PAs. My husband is currently a client and has the same experience, but more troublingly we have had difficulty getting the office to return calls requesting emergency consultation and med adjustment. This is unacceptable for a psych practice. Do yourself a favor and find a psych who actually consults with you in person and returns calls in a timely fashion--you & your loved ones deserve it.
