If have a daughter do not see this doctor. Over the years of seeing her she got colder and colder which the worse part was when my daughter was in 3rd grade she began to make my daughter feel terrible about her weight. She was so awful to my child who was absolutely not of any size of concern. My now absolutely beautiful teenage daughter still says that was the day she began having body image issues which haunt her to this day. Dr. Brown is an excellent physician. Our experience, which spans more than a decade and two children, has been great.
Dr. Brown knows pediatrics. We live by her books and have saved a trip or two to the doctor just by reading them! Dr. Brown may not have the best bedside manner, but I trust her judgment and evidence based practice with both of my children. Her after hours nurses have been lifesavers too! Highly recommended!
She is very knowledgable, takes her time with her patients, will answer all your questions and puts worries to ease. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our child's health.
