Horrific customer service. My daughter (10) waited a month for the appointment and when we arrived they didn't have her referral from the GP. Would not call our GP, would not see her, never sent a list of documents they would need. Just said they couldn't see us and wouldn't help us. Not going back. Dr. Chin needs to do better.
