Dr. Mortelliti is by far the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met. My daughter had complications after a tonsillectomy Done at an outlying hospital and we have been seeing him frequently for about a year now. I admire when he didn’t have an answer he had no problem consulting with other physicians nationally to get my child the help she needed. Great guy, very humble and explains everything wonderfully, but was told on the phone when making the appointment to bring things to keep child occupied because the wait time is unreal. We have been sitting here for over 2 hours and have yet to see him. Not to mention we drove two hours to get here. Our time is valuable and this is an everyday occurrence here in the office to be way behind schedule. Someone needs to schedule appointments better. Dr. Mortelitti has been excellent in caring for our daughter with special needs who has a tracheostomy. I recommend him without hesitation. He is knowledgeable and skilled while also being kind and humble.
