Do not be impressed with initial meetings. There is poor communication, lack of professionalism, and office is chaotic. No follow-up with test results or supposed scheduling. Have to demand to see doctor or else you will just talk to nurse assistant. Doctor says one thing and does another. Only time I ever had an MRI and doctor did not contact me about results. I have had nothing short of excellent care here. From the moment you walk in, the Receptionists greet you with a warm smile and a hello. The Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians treat you with respect, professionalism, medical knowledge, and sincerity that seems to have been forgotten by some In their profession today. Very positive experiences,I had back pain and needed 2 epidurals, I was a little afraid at first having a needle put in my back while being awake but Dr Isenalumhe assured me that all I would feel is pressure and he was right. GETTING AN APP. WITH DR.LUMHE WAS WAS REALLY A MIRACKE IN MY LIFE. I HAD BEEN IN SO MUCH PAIN EVERY DAY. HE IS THE FIRST PAIN MANAGEMENT DR.
