I HAD A ROOT CANAL DONE AND STILL HAVE PAIN IN THE AREA, TRIED TI GET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO GO BACK SO THEY COULD CHECK IT THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME A TWO - THREE WEEK APPOINT AWAY. AS MUCH PAIN AS I WAS IN I DID NOT THINK THAT WAS FAR TO ME MY INSURANCE HAD ALREADY PAID THEM AS WELL. SO I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO THEY.
The people in the office were nice enough, but the overall experience was TERRIBLE. I was in the office a total of 4.5 hours. It took an hour just to get in the chair. OK, I understand that these places are busy, but why put me in the chair if you aren't ready to proceed? After that, I was examined but never told what work I needed done. They just opened my mouth and started. If I wasn't drugged up on gas and vicodin, I would have known to speak up for myself. After it was over, the doctor never came back in to talk to me.
