Got what I came for, I’m a satisfied patient
Dr Chen provides me compassionate care and professionalism. His attention to detail is second to none. I am so lucky to have him as my PCP.
I have confidence in Dr Chen but his staff is very concerning. I came for two vaccine shots - RSV and Pneumonia - and was almost given a shingles shot instead of RSV. If I didn’t question the documents i was asked to sign, I would have been given the incorrect vaccination of a shingles shot which I already had 6 years ago.
Dr. Chen is very through and knowledgeable.
