Horrible system of calling patients, terrible wait time.  I came in at 4:45, told the nurse I had a fever of 104 and after over 4 hours NO ONE has checked my temperature. Someone else who arrived HOURS after me got called back before me.  If I end up with brain damage from protein degeneration I will sue this hospital.  Awful experience

Would have given a ZERO if possible. Horrible service. Husband brought into Buffalo General by ambulance from an outpatient vascular surgery center. He sat in a hallway for hours begging for some type of pain medication and received none. He is not a drug attic and was not just looking for pain medication, something was very very very wrong. Told after two hours of waiting in a hallway, for a cat scan that he was next. Three hours later, he was still waiting for a 10 minute cat scan. Level of care is very minimal. Don’t go in there for any type of surgery. Because they will give you the most minute amount of pain meds to help keep you comfortable while you are they. As if they automatically assume that every patient that walks through the door is just seeking pain medications. Quite pathetic because not ever person in the world wants to be hooked on their pharmaceuticals. The food is always brought to your room cold.
