Dr. Annie Le is amazing! She takes her time and really works with her patients to get accurate prescriptions. My whole family sees her for glasses and she is excellent. She even taught my daughter how to put on her contacts!!!!
First off, loved Dr. Le. She was very nice and made the exam comfortable. For her alone I would give it 5 stars. Hownot right. The last time I explained I was moving & asked if they could put a rush on it, her receptionist said "nothing they could do". So, needless to say they were not ready by the time I had to leave and they charged "ME" $10 to ship because "I'm the one who wanted to change my prescription" which is totally false. Dr is great , but her receptionist is horrible rude I asked if they had any water, she replied rudely `" saying NO! THERE IS A WALLMART RIGHT THERE!!" Pointing in the store where they are located. There was another costumer next to me who was also surprised at such a rude response. I am thinking about changing for this reason alone. Shalways acts
