Monday April 20, 2026 8.45am appointment Ranch Bernado UCSD clinic. Cancels the appointment 30mins by leaving a voice mail NOT a phone call before on the day of the appointment because a tech had an emergency and she can't handle patients by herself. Note, not the Dr but the tech. Unprofessional. I reach the office to be told my appointment has been cancelled. My exam with Dr. Lam went very well. She is very very thorough, and took the time to discus all my issues, and answer my questions I had about my challenging vision problems. She made nutrient recomendations which she thinks would be helpful also.
