She's a very no-nonsense person. She doesn't beat around the bush and is straight to the point. I don't think she's cold, she's matter-of-fact and there is a difference. She's treated me like an individual compared to my last two psychiatrists who treated me like a number. When the platform didn't give her enough time to go through all of her questions with me, she called me back a few hours later to make sure she got everything she needed for a proper diagnosis and prescription. This cold, rude, inattentive person should not be practicing psychiatry. She spent more time toggling with the platform than addressing me or my needs. Her questions were abrupt and her entire manner was short and insensitive. Obviously, if you are using Telehealth, it's probably because your insurance doesn't allow for anything better...but I promise you, NO treatment is better than this "treatment." Dr Diabla changed my life! She is thorough and gets down to the nitty gritty. Psychiatrists aren’t there to be warm and fuzzy but she will get you the results and help you medically. She’s not a therapist so please don’t judge her like she is one. I’d recommend her to anyone who needs a diagnosis and medicine.
she is an “acquired taste” , VERY straight to the point. she has been my psychiatrist for over a year. VERY knowledgeable. She isn’t personable but sometimes thats what I need.
Horrible psychiatrist! I would give 0 stars if google would let me. Essentially told me within 1 minute of my phone call that I was not on my medications for the reason I stated. Very off putting and insensitive. So much so that all I could do was end the virtual visit right then.
