What a startlingly abrupt and unpleasant experience I just had with Dr. Mellor's office! I called to establish care with her as a primary care physician since I'm new to the area, but when I began explaining my interest in scheduling an appointment I was met with a 'LET ME STOP YOU THERE' interrupting me mid sentence. This was such a jarring and rude experience, I have never had someone treat me this poorly from a doctor's office. It was shocking. Dr. Mellor is an excellent doctor; she is competent and very caring. She and her staff have provided excellent medical care to my aging parents. I could not be happier with the medical care we have received and it has made a big, positive impact on my family.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mellor's for over 20+ years. In that time I have received the Best care & support regarding my health. She is the Most capable individual I know & her expertise in dealing with older patients is second to none.
I Have known her as a colleague for 20 years. and as a patient for 7 years. She is smart caring good person and supper doctor.
She has been my primary care doctor for over 24 years and I fully trust her knowledge and judgement.
Dr Mellor is such a caring and loving physician, patient and obviously interested in my complete physical and emotional wellness. The office staff is very attentive and professional. Thank you for the great care I have received for several years.
