Poor service-extremely unprofessional and made to feel like you are less than. Office staff is rude and non caring of their patients. Epidural injection was scheduled and procedure not completed because my bp was to high. Then when asked for my refill I was told I must be an alcoholic because my urine tested high from a night prior of wine with dinner. Ridiculous!! She sure did get her copay and I left empty handed after taking my medication for over 10 years. Now what?

Worst physician I have ever been to. Paid $300 cash for appointment and left with nothing but judgement and ridicule. IMO, she's steals money from a vulnerable population, the chronically ill. Bedside manner is non-existent, similar to an army drill sergeant. She reads questions from a screen and if your answers don't fit into her box she condemns you. I am currently in the process of finding other patient that have left her office in worse condition than they arrived. Feel free to contact me.

I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS! The people who work for Dr. Molette are the rudiest and most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. Has anyone in this office ever heard of customer service? I was at the office in Nashville and they called the Smyrna office and someone from that office was talking about how incompetent the Nashville people were TO ME! It was a HORRIBLE experience and that woman should not be working with people. Dr. Molette should really take a look at her staff.

Doctor asked what pain medication that I have taken that helped me. I told her what did help was tramodol which I found out from her that she doesn't prescribe it because it's a opioid. I found out by looking up my paperwork after I left that I was diagnosed with opioid dependency.

I visted this doctor 2 times and she was professional during the visit. She did an EMG which was painful. She asked a lot of questions about my personal life. As I left it seemed her staff was making fun of me and another person before me that I saw running out of the office screaming in pain. I did not feel it was my best interest they were concerned about. I was told to call 10 days before my prescription was due and they would call it in I called and called and it was never called in.

Has an office staff problem. Clueless about scheduling, long waits in office. Dr Pushed me off onto a nurse practitioner after one visit. Warning: doesn't believe in pain medication.

I have been a patient of Dr. Molettes for several year, I have found both very professional and caring. Which is very unusual in this day and age. Her office staff are also the same. Not only does she listen, she does her best to help you.

Dr molette has been totally unprofessional, unethical, and not fit to serve the needs of the people which have given their faith to her for wellness and relief of their ailments. she is dismissive to the answers which I reiterated multiple times in both(2) of our 5-minute conversations without complete or informed medical evidence presented has chosen to defiantly and passively re- diagnosed incorrectly my injuries. may the proper governing board guide her in the correct and ethical standards
