Arrived at office in Smyna 15 early. Was taken to a exam room told to get into paper gown 'Dr will be in soon.' 1 hour later, I was still sitting in this freezing cold room. No Dr. I asked staff how long till I see the Dr they said she was running late, but will be in soon. After another 15 minutes still no Dr. I left. Made no new appt, will not see this Dr again. She doesn't care about her patients. Had 2 appts before this last one and NEVER saw the Dr. Do not use Southern Pain Mgt.
Do not see this physician, my spouse has been a patient there for just a few months and it seems that they are only concerned about patients getting costly steroid injections and nothing else. He was told he would even have to pay on the balance left from his insurance before they would give him any medication, then they just stopped his medication due to him being in severe pain and he ran out 2 days early. They acted like he was a drug seeker and this is the first time he has ever been to pain management. He has done const... read more
Dr. Molette was assigned by workers comp for my husbands traumatic brain injury and she never listens to the case manager, myself as care provider and more so she argues with my husband about how he feels. She will not return phone calls and very unprofessional. She disputes other providers and also refuses to refer to other providers. The wait time is never less than 3 hours and she spends less than 5 minutes with my husband. Staff changes every time you go in. Very rude.
Dr. Molette not only listened to my concerns, but took those concerns into account when setting up a treatment plan. She explained procedures, and answered all of my questions.
Always great when I come in
Always a great visit very caring and gentle
Dr. Molette, by me being a hopsie nurse. I.thought you be more understanding experience ANDis better than believing somebody discharged Papes,MYMOMALWAYS SAYS TELL THE TRUTH. I’m a MultipleSclerosis patient. What hurt ?? the most you told I was not in pain because ms doctor said she has new lesions. But there not active . She know nothing of (MultipleSclerosis )at all and what comes with it . Just like if she could have copper tone in hands it’s pain majority of people don’t see but feel it ! MS
Excellent experience as a 1st time patient. Dr. Molette and her staff were all very nice, professional, compassionate (even though I was regrettably late), & I felt very comfortable with her. Totally understanding and non-judgmental. Non rushed visit and exam. More visits to follow. She believes she can definitely help me get some relief from my agonizing neck and back chronic (oftentimes debilitating pain). She has access to advanced testing and diagnostic techniques as well. I would recommend.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mollett for 2 years. I have never left her office feeling judged or sighted in anyway. The staff has always been nice to me even when I wasnt so nice. I always left feeling a little better and smiling at the staff. Maybe the bad experiences are just based on personality clashes.
