She was great with my kid (although she did not notice he couldn't hear her - but that's such an easy mistake that I too am guilty of likewise, sometimes, as his mom!... He wears hearing aids/has SNHL). She really was a professional-professional in her field. By which I mean, not just a piece of paper, but great at her job. Do beware that the (super nice!!) worker behind the desk did accidentally attempt to overcharge us by $200+. As long as you know the amount you're supposed to pay, I highly recommend this practice!!
We are so happy we found Dr. Myers to treat my 3 year old’s cavities! I went to two paediatric dentists in Nanaimo who both insisted he go under general anaesthetic and have stainless steel caps, I also called my old holistic dentist in tsawwassen for their advice and to see if he could be treated there but was advised that the pediatric dentist they refer to also would likely do stainless steel caps and GA. Seemed reliable and professional but in return, I’ve had the complete opposite situation. No follow up even though my son was an emergency referral. They said one week and I’ve been waiting 3 months. Very unimpressed but also still very hopeful for proper care from this practice.
