Excellent experience. Dr. Koka and his staff are top notch. I actually booked originally on zocdoc, and they didn't have the appointment in their books - technology is weird sometimes! - I was fully understanding and prepared to reschedule but they fit me in instead -- I don't think that's ever happened before. So, that was incredible (and so appreciated) in and of itself! I felt heard and taken care of. Dr. Koka and his staff are amazing. The staff at check in/ check out are very pleasant and helpful. The nurses who take my vitals are always thorough and really take their time to make sure that they have accurate health information and that it is complete. Dr. Koka is extremely knowledgeable about all of my conditions. He takes time to explain tests, conditions, research, and his recommendations. This practice is top-notch and I whole heartedly recommend them.
