Dr. Anis Hanna and his staff deserve gold stars. The minute you walk in the staff is very helpful, quick. Once you are in the back they talk to you explaining everything so you never feel like you don't know what is going on. It is nice to have a procedure done with compassionate and professional people.
Dr. Hanna was exceptional with preparing me for the procedure. Made certain I was at ease from start to finish. Very satisfied with the entire process. Highly recommend Dr. Hanna.

I had a colonoscopy today at Tucson Gastroenterology and met Dr. Hanna for the first time. He was polite, personable, and put me at ease for the procedure. I thought Tucson Gastro did a great job -- everything worked like clockwork. All highly professional and friendly.
Have had many colonoscopy procedures over the past twenty years! The most recent one with Dr. Anis Hanna was by far the best! Dr. Hanna listens to your concerns, is not condescending nor patronizing and explains the procedures in plain English! The staff within the surgery center was also terrific; on time and attentive! I just had an endoscopy performed by Dr Anis Hanna. I was nervous about the procedure but from the moment I walked in the door the staff made me feel at ease. RN Kelsey and Dr Hanna were very kind and professional and I highly recommend the Tucson Gastroenterology Institute.

I had a pre colonoscopy consultation visit at a different clinic. I didn’t care for the entire staff at that office, they overcharged my copay, the instructions they gave me were very vague and difficult to understand, then I was getting the run around trying to find out what if any copay I would have to pay. I cancelled my colonoscopy appointment with that clinic! Then my PCP recommended Dr Hanna. If you qualify you don’t need a separate consultant visit.
