Dr. Ritting was kind & funny and presents himself in a very professional way yet is extremely warm & approachable. He was very informative and let me know what to expect with each step of my procedure. He did not "pull any punches". I would highly recommend Dr. Ritting ... and I already have.

Dr. Ritting is exactly what I want and need in a doctor. There is no questioning his skills as a surgeon but I need to feel a personal connection to the doctor I trust as my surgeon. That connection was easily established. Dr. Ritting was personable and yet professional, professional and yet caring. I never felt like “just another patient.” That is important to me.
Dr Ritting gave me injection in my should and in 2 days most of pain gone. Such a relief.
Dr Rittng has treated me fo both left and right shoulders which included one surgery. He was kind, pleasant and took the time to explain all of my options. I have total faith and confidence in Dr Ritting and his surgical skills. He is the only surgeon I trust to treat my upper extremities, therefore, travel from Geneva NY to PA for care.
Dr. Ritting is professional and informative as to conditions and treatment options. He is not rushed and takes the time to answer questions to fully allow the patient to understand diagnosis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Ritting is really good with wimps like me needing a cortizone injection. He also took the time to show me a simple video on shoulder surgery and explain what is involved in case I have to go that route. He helped reduce my concerns.
