Highly recommend Dr. Smith for kids. He has made my children feels so comfortable and handles their ability (or lack thereof) to focus very well. I also love that he has provided us an option to slow down myopia for our 3rd grader with special contacts, and then he and his staff made her feel like a superhero as she learned to put them in.
I write this while sitting in a different optometry office. I recently moved north and figured I'd save time by going to a new optometrist, but I'm just reminded of all the things I miss. Dr. Smith's staff is incredibly friendly without being overbearing. Dr. Smith himself is a great person to talk with and really takes the time to get your prescription right. Dr. Smith is a fantastic doctor. He is kind and professional and has treated my family right. The office was easy to find and the staff was helpful and friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about our experiences here.
Dr. Smith and his staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond what I could have asked for and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I felt like I was treated with the utmost care and respect, and all of my expectations were exceeded. I was told by a family member that they were really great, and I couldn't agree more. I felt like everyone took the time to answer my questions and to get to know me. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Smith to others in the future.
I came into my appointment with high expectations because of all the good reviews. Dr. Smith and the staff here exceeded them. Phenomenal customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, and upbeat.
