Wow, not at all sure what the 1’s are about here but it’s certainly not my experience. I have found the entire process very professional, consultative, friendly, & more importantly successful! The communication with Dr Comley, his staff & the anaesthetist was 5x5, I at no time felt left out of the friendly communication loop nor was I at any time left wondering ‘what’s next’, I fully understand exactly what was going to happen & when.
