Havent even been seen yet and we're off to a bad start. Received notice in the mail for 2 appointments without them calling me to schedule it or confirm the appointments, or without knowing the reason for the appointment. My PCP put in a referral for an EMG however this documentation specifically excludes an EMG for this appointment. Additionally, they scheduled me for a day theyre closed????
