I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I think it’s important to share my experience. Our initial visit at this orthodontic office went well, Dr. Leavitt was great and Charlene started off very nice and pleasant, but everything changed once it came to handling the insurance. It has now been several weeks, and the office still has not processed the pre-approval with my insurance.
