Dr Kim was kind, articulate caring and knowledgeable. He spent quality time with me and explained my options to me. I did not feel rushed. Then exact opposite. . I would definitely recommend Dr Kim

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kim for a few years now for injections for my low back. He is so kind and down to earth. His staff is also very professional and makes sure to get your tests authorized quickly by your insurance carrier. Dr. Kim has integrity and doesn’t push narcotics on you which is what makes him number 1 in my book. I went to another MD once before I found him and it was like a pharmacy with people in just to get drugs. Thank you Dr Kim and staff for providing me with the best comfort and care.

On my first visit to Dr. Kim, I was seen on time. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were very helpful. Dr. Kim answered all my questions and I left feeling like he knows and understood my issues. I will be transferring my file to Dr. Kim's office.

He and his team are attentive and listen to all your concerns with your pain/health. Back in 2019 he was supposed to do injections in my back, saw a spot on my lung and wouldn't to the infection until we knew what the spot was...it was lung cancer!! He pretty much saved my life because I was able to get surgery to remove the cancer!! I will be forever a fan of Dr Andrew Kim & Tai Pham @ Desert Orthopedic Center!!!

I am very happy with Dr. Kim and the treatment I am receiving. He is professional and knowledgeable, not to mention talented in his ability to hit the proper minute location when he does epidurals. As a retired doctor, I'm often asked who I would refer. I have recommended Dr. Kim and Dr. Fontes and other physicians at DOC as a very professional and competent group.

Dr. Kim seems to be a fine doctor. Unfortunately, his staff is incompetent and does not care about patients, which makes me wonder about him. Twice they screwed up prescriptions that caused unnecessary pain and suffering. Neither time did they apologize. Once, they lied about what they had done. Once, the person switchboard claimed they were all "in clinic," and it just happened to be Friday at 4 p.m. before a holiday weekend; why am I suspicious about that claim? It's a shame. It used to be a well-run practice. Dr. Kim may be great. But the risk to your well-being from the staff is too great.
