Dr. Andrew Welch is The Best. He is spot on, humorous on all occasions, caring, and yes... loving. More so than any Dr. Ive met before. His staff is professional, rarely if ever there is a wait, the DOC gives you his full attention, and his work is second to none. I had very serious complicated extremity issues, and he did what others would not attempt, and did so successfully despite their prone for complications. Initially I thought Dr. Welch was mean and snippy!! THIS MAN HAS A HEART OF GOLD and has more experience and wisdom than 10 NBA Ortho Surgeons put together!!!! I am walking the day after surgery and in his office just now people said they had my surgery by other doctors and were laid out for 3-4 weeks in pain and immobile!!! I thank God for him. He may have a mad grandpa exterior but he is an amazing Dr. with an amazing ability from God!! Someone even told me if he ever does surgery and see something thats not on the record ... read more
Worst Place in Vegas!! The Dr doesn't talk to the Parents at all, he is rude, and doesn't care about his Patients! First and last time I go there!!
