I showed up for an appointment this morning and the office was closed, multiple notices of attempted delivery from UPS on the door and no one inside. I called the number, it’s no longer working and can find no information about the status of the office. They never contacted me about canceling.

New office is horrible. Not sure what happened to all the excellent people that worked here for the ~10 years I have been going here, but they are no longer. They chipped my tooth and kept working even while I expressed pain, skipped steps of my exam/cleaning (including not seeing the dentist and not mentioning that until they had already started) then argued with me when I called back to be seen in pain and MISSING a section of my tooth. I’ll never go back.

It took me one visit to realize that Dr. Rosenfeld was devoid of human empathy and was a failure at pain management and chair side manner. I would never go back. My wife just had a dental emergency and was treated poorly as well. She had asked assistent not to touch Split tooth until anesthesia was applied but apparently listening to patients is not what they do.

First visit yesterday, very happy with Laura the technician and front desk staff for getting me in on a cancellation list. Thorough, professional, very pleasant . Looking forward to going back for my fillings and cleanings. True Aloha here. Ty!

Very nice office. Modern imaging equipment. Good assistants. Fillings feel solid, last along time.
