Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did this provider show attention to detail? No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
