Received a fraudulent bill from his office today. I have never made an appointment with Dr. Johnstone, never even heard of him and didn't go to any dr. the entire month of January and they are claiming an appointment of 01/12/2021. I have reported this attempted fraud using the USPS to the Attorney general of Indiana.

Dr. Johnstone is without a doubt one of the most amazing and compassionate doctors I have ever known/had. Dr. J has been my G.P. for most of my 35yrs on this earth. He ACTUALLY listens to his patients, cares deeply, and goes above & beyond for his patients. Myself and my entire family go to Johnstone Family Practice. Dr. Andrew Johnstone is not only a wonderful & knowledgeable, but an amazing human being and soul.

We have been seeing Dr. Johnstone for 15 years. We love how knowledgeable he is, and how he is willing to learn. He takes time during our appointments to discuss things in depth. He respects our rights to make choices for our family. He is often running behind, but I feel it’s worth the wait. He has squeezed us in at the last minute for a few urgent situations. I highly recommend Dr. Johnstone.

Dr Johnstone has been my family physician for more than 32 years. I have given him many referrals. I have relocated to Arizona but will continue to see him for medical care as I have complete and total trust in him and his staff.

I love Dr Johnstone. He is undoubtedly the best doctor I have ever seen. He spends extra time to explain if you need anything. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I would give 5 stars if the employees in the office were half as professional as Dr Johnstone. Today I left a third message in 2 weeks in regard to questions about my thyroid medication. They are supposed to return calls within 72 hours. But is has now been 14 days.

Dr Johnstone is a caring capable physician who does not rush through an appointment. But the reason I would never recommend him is that his scheduling shows no respect for the fact that MY time is valuable. He is often 1 1/2 to 2 hours behind. We were a few minutes early for a 10:00 appt. & at 10:10 he was just seeing his 8:30. Receptionist asked if we wanted to reschedule so we did. Then the office had the audacity to send a $50 bill for a "missed appt."

Dr. Johnstone is a warm, compassionate doctor who shows great respect for the individual. He is conservative with medication and offers more holistic advice to speed up healing.

You will never meet a better physician. I have been seeing him for about 20 years, and most have seen him even longer! Once you have a doctor who cares the way he does, you would never want another. He is very knowledgeable (and stays up on everything, always), but he doesn't treat patients like idiots, and always listens well to their own ideas about how they want to manage their own body. He is really a Mary Poppins of a doctor, Practically Perfect in Every Way! Very fortunate to have him!
