Receptionist "Selena" is a very compassionate, knowledgeable and wonderful person. She works very well in stressful environment. All new patients... please be advised that it takes up to two hours for whole process. Both Technician and Doctor need to go over your eye health. Selena treated everyone with respect and kind and made our experienced wonderful.

We had a great experience with Dr. Andrea K. Leung and her team. From the first phone call, the staff went above and beyond — I believe her name was Deepa (sorry if I got it wrong!) — she was amazing. Even though only my son had a referral for her, and my daughter has a referral to another doctor, she was able to book both of my children for the same day, which made things so much easier for us. While the doctors themselves are great and professional, the overall experience at this office was incredibly frustrating. I had scheduled my appointment two months in advance, yet I still ended up waiting over 3 hours to be seen. The waiting room was crowded with many families and young children, all clearly waiting just as long. It was chaotic, uncomfortable, and showed a serious lack of scheduling efficiency. (Extremely Inaccessible – No Direct Contact or Timely Support) It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with this doctor’s office. All calls are routed through an automated system and voicemail, with no direct line or email available for communication. Even the voicemail states that they don’t guarantee a call back, only that they may respond within 48 hours — which is incredibly unhelpful when you need to confirm or ask about an appointment happening the next day.
