If you’ll get referred here by the hospital or anyone else asked for a different referral. I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks to be seen by somebody. You can’t call and leave a message to talk to anybody it’s automated it’s like at this point. What type of establishment is this I highly recommend you just go somewhere else don’t waste your time.
This office is very poorly managed. They expect parents with babies and young children to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment, yet it’s common to wait over an hour just to be brought into an exam room. For a pediatric practice, respecting families’ time should be a priority. Long waits are especially difficult when caring for infants or young children. Dr. Leung is spectacular. Just had my son’s first visit with her and she was excellent with a non-verbal toddler. I will absolutely agree with the others here regarding the bizarre admin team and booking system used here. Even when calling, the voice mail states, “…will get back to you in 7-10 business days…”?!? Overall, a great doctor is worth an uncomfortable wait and awkward booking process - would still recommend as she was thorough and kind.
Receptionist "Selena" is a very compassionate, knowledgeable and wonderful person. She works very well in stressful environment. All new patients... please be advised that it takes up to two hours for whole process. Both Technician and Doctor need to go over your eye health. Selena treated everyone with respect and kind and made our experienced wonderful.
