I had an appointment scheduled and paid for over the phone by my mom. Apparently their policy is payment upon arrival only, but payment was confirmed with my mom and an office staff member ahead of time. When I arrive at my appointment the receptionist informed me that my payment was declined, even though payment went through and was confirmed a few days prior over the phone with my mom. Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? They were decent Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they definitely weren't clean Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? They did what I asked, but not a bit more Would you refer a friend or family member to this psychiatrist? Yes Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

Dr. Fernandez is a sterling Doctor. I was completely impressed by his vast amount of knowledge and his caring nature. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Fernandez as he made me feel confident in his accurate diagnosis of my particular health concerns. I will recommend Dr. Fernandez to my friends and family members who are seeking a professional and compassionate Doctor.I was nervous at first, however his staff and he made me feel at home and protected. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of.
