Dr. Gupta is one of the best docs I have met in my life of > 60 years. He is knowledgeable and caring. My experience with him tells me he cares about his patients. I am 100% satisfied with him. I admire Dr Gupta for his strictness about writing scripts for Percocet, Vicodin and opioids or opiates (spelling?). Once I was waiting in his office and a patient walked out complaining loudly about doc not giving her script for Vicodin. She threatened to write a bad review. That is a responsible doc!
Very easy to schedule my appointment; I had a lot of questions for the staff and the doctor and they were happy to answer them.
I have never been treated so poorly or jerked around so much in all my life. Even though I had 2 months and 2 refills left on the prescription Dr. Gupta had provided me for my ongoing stomach issues, the Dr refused to send my prescription to my new pharmacist until I came in for an office visit. This, after hours of waiting on hold, and days of telling me they sent it and it just wasnt going through.I even asked if I could come pick up the prescription myself and they said it couldnt be printed.
Great, Got next day appt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Scope was done of stomach. Dr Gupta came in immediately after, gave use all the results and photos he took of the procedure. Was very informative. Did not rush. Scheduled a follow up appt for biopsy results. Very effl,icient there as well.. Very helpful. Takes time to listen..Highly recommend him.
I have been a patient for several years. The office is very disorganized, refills are never called in timely (2-4 weeks later) Not notified of scheduling changes several times. Prior authorizations not handled timely. Wait times for the doctor are long. The doctor never examines me...EVER, just talks and for like 10 minutes and usually is heading for the door while doing so. The only time he has actual objective diagnostic is with my scopes. No palpation, no stethoscope, no other visual.
