On my first two visits to the office I found the staff to be extremely friendly and kind. However my experience with Dr. Gupta was subpar. Today I went for hemorrhoid banding. Dr. Gupta came into the room yelling at me to get on my side. (He could be heard in the waiting room. ). He did not explain the procedure, but he continued barking orders. He then proceeded to push me on the bed. After sharing my frustration I left the office and plan not to return.

Very professional and personable, from the staff to the doctor. They made everything seem easy and made me feel very comfortable. See you in three years, doc!

This practice is under contract with the state of Kentucky for BCBS PPO. However upon arriving to the office they insisted that they do not process insurance and I will have to do it myself. They made me pay in advance and then upon contacting BCBS I was informed that the process does not work that way. This practice is in clear violation of their contract with BCBS and purposely mislead me into paying in advance rather than going through insurance.

I've been sick for a long time and dr gupta got me in right away to get a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Got diagnosed and on meds immediately. I feel better physically but also the stress of not knowing what is wrong with me is gone. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and informative. They always are concerned and ask how I am.

I would say he is a great doctor and can help figure out any problems you may have. But I must say that his staff is piss poor and probably the worst out of any doctors office I've ever been to. Had to have some paper work filled out and they knew about this when I came back and still hadn't filled the paper work out and I sat up there for 3 hours after my appointment and the papaerwork wasn't even filled out right.

Dr. Gupta is the first doctor in the past 6 years that has truly put in an effort to find out what's going on with my body! His staff is so very friendly and can put a smile on your face!

My colonoscopy appointment was at 9:30. Miserable already from the prep and not eating I waited until 10:45 to go back. The waiting room was 80+ degrees. Then 15 minutes to answer questions I already answered online. Then put in pre-op room until 11:45. The office over books and the waiting room stays packed. The staff and doctor are very friendly but to overbook like that is ridiculous. If your 15 minutes late they will charge you $200 and have you reschedule. Will not be back.

Dr. Gupta saved my life! I was having constipation, pain and was feeling tired all the time. I went to see him and he recommended a colonoscopy I refused it at first because I am not 50 years old yet . I was also a little skeptical because I thought maybe some medicine would fix it. My wife convinced me to have the colonoscopy and unfortunately they found cancer. Dr. Gupta and his staff were very nice and took care of arranging for all of tests and referrals for surgery. I am cancer free today!
