Dr. Gupta always refers people to Paramount Surgery Center. Beware, your insurance will not pay for Paramount (we have Humana). We were originally billed $16,000! What should have been 100% covered by my insurance is now costing $920.00. My insurance told me not to pay!!!
My husband went to see Dr. Gupta Jan 2019. When we walked in my husband asked the woman at the desk if the ins covers the procedure. She said yes. She had the paperwork right in front of her. She total lied. They had just called Humana the day before and they knew it would not be covered, but they did not bother to let us know. Guess what the ins did not cover where Dr. Gupta does his procedures. They billed me for 33,000.00. After talking to them they reduced it down to 1,645.00. be sure to check with your insurance regarding Paramount Surgery Center being in or out of network. Buyer beware bc they know in advance, but won't tell you. My 100% covered procedure is now very costly. Also, they sent a separate bill for an office construction on something I never even talked about or even have! I'll never recommend this office now.

Staff is soooo sweet. Dr Andy is great and funny.
o anywhere else. While nursing staff was pleasant, we showed up for 1st morning appointment and still waited over an hour. Much worse, Dr. Gupta's communication and bedside manner was arrogant and awful. While my wife was just beginning to wake from anesthesia, Gupta was trying to sell her another procedure. I never leave a doctor's office in tears after receiving good news. After waiting over an hour, I dared to complain. As a result, I was fat-shamed and told that I was old enough (65) to know things aren't always perfect. It seems the good doctor was performing a scoping procedure during my appointment time. I was told there is nothing he can do to improve my uncomfortable medical condition. After informing the doctor that I would never return to his office, he said, "now that's good news."
Very pleasant staff! In and out of there in what seemed like minutes! No side effects from from the medicine
A stellar experience thanks to everyone from staff to Dr. Gupta. I went in for a procedure requiring sedation, and they made me feel welcome from start to finish. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Gupta explained the procedure and showed great bedside manner and care. I recommend them heartily!
