If Only I could give a No Star with this review. I read other reviews about Dr Aragon’s office holding records from patients. Not A Surprise. Has happened to me & others that had seen her. Office staff has had Little or No Training with public.

Started out ok but there were several red flags throughout the 2 years I went here. Red Flag 1 - Ulterior Motives I am overweight, they suggested diet and exercise(that's good, makes sense) but they then scheduled an appointment for me to meet with the doctors son for what was a sales pitch to pay for his personal trainer services. I would not recommend this Dr. for multiple reasons. 1. I saw this Dr., maybe 4 times. Each time she was rushed when she finally saw me, was very detached in her bedside manner and always had a person, that she NEVER introduced, in with her taking notes. 2. She puts the scare in you for things she has no expertise or knowledge of. When she sent me to a specialist they laughed at her concern as it was "nothing to be at all concerned about". 3. A great doctor. I trust her and feel comfortable with her care. If you ned a great doctor who cares she is the one.

I have been seeing Dr. De Aragon for a while now. She, herself, as a doctor is very good. In the beginning I would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half after my appointment time. However, that has changed in time. She's very patient, listens, and is very thorough in her examinations and is one of the best doctors I've every had. Her staff is another story. They are rude, unresponsive, and have a "it's not my job" attitude and pass things on to others and never follow up.

Dr. Aragon has been my doctor for about a year now and I've seen her many times. She has to be one of the best doctors I have ever had and I've had many. She is very knowledgeable, caring and takes her time with you. Staff could be a bit better at following up, but that's most doctors offices in my experience. Doc is wonderful, goes above and beyond and I will be sticking with her as long as I can!

Staff was nice, Dr Sierra De Aragon took over an hour and a half to finally come in the exam room. My appointment was at 10:00am. I arrived about 5-10 min early. Dr Sierra de Aragon came in at 11:30-11:40ish with her scribe and scribe trainee. She was very brief, would not let me have more than 2 referrals (per her policy only 2 referrals per visit, which is ridiculous), and she has not gotten back to me on my lab work or referrals. So I hope I can just make it through this month.

I had an appointment for Feb 1st 2016 and I waited almost 1hr before I was seeing by Dra Ana Sierra de Aragon, it has been 1 week since I saw Dra Ana and I still dont have my medicine, I called Dra Ana's office and I was told that they were sorry and that the medicine should be ready for pickup in the next hour or so but nothing happens. DONT GO SEE HER, I WEEK AND YET NO MEDICINE FOR ME
