I absolutely love this healthcare office! The administrative staff are sweet, attentive & dedicated. My Nurse Practitioner here is amazing! I am a senior adult with several health issues, and I am treated like my age is irrelevant. She uses multiple medications & approaches to address these issues. She is a remarkable diagnostician! I know that her help improves my quality of life immensely!
I have been going to Dr. Aragon’s office now for almost 3 years. I have been seen by Jezmina, but I mainly see Jessica and there has never been a time that in my life with ANY doctor that I have felt more cared for and important! They are thorough with every visit and listen to your needs. The staff is friendly and fun, and they remember my name and always seem to be truly happy to see me (which really makes my day and helps my depression every time I go)! My family and I have been going here for several years. I have not experienced any issues. The staff is nice and Jesmina takes her time to listen to my questions. I don’t feel rushed. She’s very nice and professional!
They made multiple mistakes in billing. Staff are nice and polite, but waiting is too long.
Overall, very disappointing health care experience. Poor communication, unnecessary tests, generic and impersonal experience. Last fall I got COVID; the office did not even bother to return my call. After two years I have decided to move on. You can probably do worse, but you can certainly do better. Not recommended.
I been with Dr Ana for more then 3 years I love that way she take her time to explain to me about the each matter about my health,very compassion, friendly. His professionalism and familiarity with me as a patient makes me feel unique as a patient. The doctor seemed to take the right initial actions for my care. However, her office staff is a completely different story. They don't schedule any referrals. You have to call and make the appt and then when you show up, none of the supporting tests which were the basis for the referral had been sent. Multiple requests to no avail. After being seen in the office for 2 years without problems, I was told they had booked the appointment with PA Shrestha without asking my opinion, this had happened before with other PA. That is when I was charged for some services. I went to that office because I am on medicare and could not pay extra for health care. This happened the first part of 2019, Since then I have tried to get this taken care of.
