I will NEVER see this Dr. again! She cares more about her time in the room than listening to her patient. She has you write down 3 things to talk about then if you say anything outside of those even if you think they can be related to your issue she gets mad. She was so very rude and said if you have other things to talk about then you need to make another appt. She is very good and detailed, takes her time with patience. Always seems to go to the extra and knows you history.
Takes time to listen and is very caring.
I really like Dr. Strassburg but unfortunately she stays pretty busy and I can never get an appointment that isn't 3 weeks out. I asked Premiere Medical if they could have another doctor see me and they would not let me swap. So I am currently planning on changing doctors.
Dr. Strassburg is the best in her field!!! She is very caring,understanding, knowledgeable & a problem solver!!! The only time I had a problem with her, was because the dang DEA is telling her (& all the Dr’s in AL ) how to treat patients!!! This causes her to be put in a difficult position! She knows I need pain meds for my Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, reoccurring shingles & osteoarthritis threw out my body but the DAMN DEA won’t let her prescribe the amount I need therefore forcing me to go to pain management!!! I saw Dr. Stassburg about three times. She was not very friendly and didn’t listen very well and she made me feel very uncomfortable and never made eye contact. And despite my records that were sent over from my previous doctor, she refused to give me my medication that I had been on for years. I 100% do not recommend her. Sad ??
My daughter and I are both patients of Dr. Strassburg and find her to be professional, caring and easy to communicate with. She listens and then explains in such a way that you understand medical facts without being made to feel stupid. I would recommend her to anyone I know and care about.
I have seen Dr. Strassburg for years now. She has always been one of the most caring doctors I've seen. She is patient, listens to your concerns, answers questions and takes her time. She diagnosed me with a potentially life-threatening condition and treated it quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Strasbourg is both my elderly mother's and my physician. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and I have confidence in her medical judgement. Initially appointments were easy to get but as her practice has increased it has become a little more difficult. That is understandable as there are only so many hours in a day.
